What is the project about?
Exploring local opportunities, learning internationally, and planning the future together.
Discovering local opportunities
Together with young people in Arló and the surrounding area, we explore local resources and opportunities.
Learning from European communities
We gained new ideas and practical experience from inspiring initiatives and communities in Slovenia and Transylvania.
Future planning
Building on these experiences, we work together with young people to create a vision for the future that can be put into practice locally.
Strat from Arlo
The project began with a local participatory research process.
RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal): field visits, interviews, community discussions, mapping and identifying local resources, with young people actively involved throughout the process.
The research findings shaped the next steps of the project: what was worth exploring abroad and which issues needed to be discussed together in Arló.

Bringing the experience back to Arló
The international partners later visited Arló as well. Young people from CUDV Draga – including participants with disabilities – joined the local activities.
What we learned during the study visits was brought back to Arló and turned into joint action.
